	Leadership roles: Managed and mentored a group of engineers working on both Windows and web-based user interfaces. Led weekly team meetings, prioritized and assigned work, and conducted both design reviews and code reviews. Oversaw the release of versions 1.5 and 2.0 of the company’s flagship product. Drafted and maintained project plans, set QA expectations, and organized features into milestone builds. Collaborated with other departments and actively participated in working groups to design product features.	Development achievements: Extended the Windows Explorer shell with context menus, custom namespaces, property pages, and drag & drop handlers.
